David M. Cox is an associate attorney at Myles A. Schneider & Associates, Ltd.. Since graduating with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2004, he has represented small businesses in contract matters, general litigation and creditor remedies, and individual clients in family law and personal injury. He also represents individuals in real estate and probate matters.

Mr. Cox has resolved numerous family law cases involving custody, child support, parenting time and property issues and obtained favorable awards for in personal injury cases through negotiation, arbitration and settlement. He has tried cases, argued at the Court of Appeals, and obtained awards for clients in some thirty No-Fault arbitrations.

Before attending law school, Mr. Cox graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in English. He was a project manager for Prudential Healthcare responsible for some of its largest national clients. As an account manager at Great West Life and Annuity, he developed client service and communication skills which he employs every day in the practice of law. He is committed to prompt and candid communication with his clients and to protecting their rights in litigation and in settlement.
