Lori J. Abbott has been a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota for 11 years. Ms Abbott’s practice has been in the areas of Family Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. Ms. Abbott handles a large number of family law cases ranging from a simple, uncontested divorce to cases involving complex custody, financial support and property division issues.

In addition to Ms. Abbott’s traditional family law practice, Ms. Abbott is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the MN Rules of General Practice (Mediator) and conducts family law mediations through out the State of Minnesota.
